All electronics work of temperature controlled heating and cooling jacket is successfully done by me with Mr. Kranthi Kiran Vistakula and Mr. Mahesh. Temperature sensing part is done using AD590 temperature sensor, this sensor is gives analog output so analog to digital conversion was also done for microcontroller. For decision making part AT89C51 microcontroller is used and for display for 16x2 LCD is used. There is also requirement of power saving for that part starting and ending waveform was generated using ladder network. Final high current drive part was done using Darlington pair transistors.
